Everything you need to know about our Resale License:

 

1.

License Details: The license is a full professional White Label License and you can sell the entire core Mega Bundle contents without our own updates or single files as often as you want with it, offer it in your own store, alter the files and create new files to resell with it. You acquire the rights to resell the files as your own and will be free to choose your own branding. This is what is commonly known as a White Label License or product.

 

2.

Limitations and Duration: The period of the validity of the license is indefinitely (valid forever, no renewals necessary). It does not grant you rights to use our branding or our marketing material or our store’s intellectual property. The right to resell the license is explicitly excluded in the resale offer.

 

3.

Costs: One time payment of $249. No additional costs or fees involved. No discounts.

 

4.

Payment Terms: You can simply purchase the License directly on our website. Select the product and add it to the cart or ask for the license in our chat and add it to the cart from there.

5.

File Delivery: During the checkout process please make sure to double check that your email address is entered correctly. Upon purchase you will receive access to the file library immediately. We will send you an immediate email for this. Instant access.

6.

License activation: You can start selling any products containing the licensed files starting directly after the purchase. After your purchase please send us your order number, full name and your personal email or business email address to newlicense@cuthive.com within 7 days after purchase to confirm your intended use of the license. We will add your information to our database of licensees.

7.

File Details: The core licensed files of the Ultimate Bundle. Various file formats as outlined in the information about the Ultimate Bundle on our website. Files for laser cutting and engraving. Various themes and categories as outlined in the information about the Ultimate Bundle on our homepage. Additionally specific files for CNC routing are also included.

       

8.

Written Agreement: If you would like a certificate issued for your purchased license please email us after your purchase at certificate@cuthive.com with your order number, full name and date of purchase.

 

Note: If you are simply looking to sell items that you make with the files in the Ultimate Bundle, you can do that without purchasing the Resale License. All our bundles come with included commercial rights use which means that you can sell any items that you craft using files and designs from the bundles as often as you want. You only need to purchase our Resale License if you intend to sell the whole file bundle or separate files included in the bundle to your customers or other people.
